In Loving Memory of Emi-Lulu 🐾
On Christmas Day, we said goodbye to our precious Emi-Lulu, and our hearts are broken.
Emi was our little Tijuana rescue Puppy—adopted back in 2011 -- From the very beginning, she wasplayful, gentle, and full of love. When we brought her home to live with us,... she quickly found her place in our family, meeting our yellow Lab Sadie and later welcoming Coco into her world.
Coco became emi's constant companion and playmate, and together they filled our home with warmth, routine, and joy and puppy playtime. Emi had the sweetest soul. She loved everyone she met and had a playful, happy spirit. One of her favorite games was toy keep-away with Coco, moments that still make us smile through tears.
This past Christmas Eve, Emi’s world changed suddenly. She developed severe spinal issues that caused pain & took away her ability to function, and she was rushed to the emergency vet and On Christmas morning, we received heartbreaking news that her prognosis was very poor and she was not expected to recover. Faced with an impossible decision, we chose love over suffering and let her go peacefully.

Emi lived a very good life—one filled with love, safety, companionship, and kindness. She was family. She was comfort. She was joy. And she will always be part of our story.
