Milo: The Boy Who Finally Found Home
They say the third time’s a charm, and for Milo, it was the truth. After being returned to the Humane Society twice, he finally found the family that was meant for him. For the last five years, he wasn't just a pet; he was the heartbeat of our home.
Milo didn’t have the easiest start, but he certainly had the best finish. He was a dog of hilarious contradictions—a professional athlete in any beach, but a total coward when faced with a shower head. He spent his best hours being the "annoying little brother" to his sister Nala, who eventually learned that life was much more fun with Milo’s chaos in it.
Whether he was chasing a ball thrown by his human sister, destroying a new squeaky toy in record time, or performing a symphony with an empty water bottle, Milo lived every day at full volume. while our time together was far too short, he packed a lifetime of love and crinkling plastic bottles into those five years.
Milo, thank you for choosing us to be your forever home. The house is much too quiet without the song of your kind, but we are so lucky we were the ones who finally got to keep you.

“Lover of beaches, hater of baths, and the best boy we ever knew.”
