Rainey III

2004 - 2018

Rainey served as my Service Dog for 5 wonderful years. She was only 18 pounds but had a ton of love in that little body. She retired from her work at age 11 and passed just before her 14th birthday. She literally kept this old Veteran from taking his own life with her truly amazing ability to interfere with the thoughts that come into a Veterans' mind at those times. Truly a treasure that I will meet on the other side of the bridge when God calls me to make the journey.
