2008 - 2026

tinkerbell was a gray lap cat and a lover of people, smelly socks, naps, staying indoors, playing with (not catching or killing) spiders, hard boiled eggs, and head and cheek kisses. in 2016, i met her after she was rescued from the shelter by a non-profit - i kept the name the non-profit gave her. in 2017, she traveled hours with me to our new home. in 2019, she comforted me during months of illness. in 2020, she met my boyfriend and immediately accepted him. In 2022, she was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma and underwent treatment. in 2023, she was in remission. in 2025, she was invited to her first christmas celebration. in 2026, tinkerbell celebrated her 18th birthday on february 7. tinkerbell passed away on april 24. i was my first pet and my deepest love.
