We picked up our Corona girl today. We were not aware that a paw impression was a part of the services when we dropped off Corona we regretted not getting one ourselves so you can imagine how full and excited our hearts were when a ceramic paw print was provided. Our Buttons
We received our girl, BUTTONS, today. Everything is amazing! The urn is beautiful and The paw print and tuft of hair are truly touching. What A wonderful and awesome service you provide. Although we only had her for a short time (she was a 12 year old great Dane mix rescue) we loved her a lifetime's worth. Thank you for taking such great care of her.
My Baby Girl
I picked up my Baby’s remains today from Oceanside California Neighborhood Vet Hospital. It was perfect. I deeply appreciated the attention and care that was put into preserving her remains. The Urn was engraved BEAUTIFULLY and her paw print was as I remembered from the countless times she would step on me. The card was comforting as well. But, what really deserves praise and why I am submitting a testimonial is that the additional resources for Grief Counseling were on point. At this time, I am regulated but knowing that kind people would be available to offer complimentary support and Counseling is amazing. Thank you for recognizing that our furry friends might be more important to some people than their own family.

Three Testimonials in one
This testimonial, which is FOR the three TIMEs that our family utilized WCPM's services, of which, TWO were in PREVIOUS years & THE review of COMEs years too late. WCPM deserves our accolades which, although INTENDing to give a POSITIVE review, I never provided. sadly, because our family needed WCPM's services again for a third time, I was REMINDED of the reviews I originally should have left. So, here are all three REVIEWS written as one. The first time we Used WCPM was when our wonderful Chihuahua mix we rescued as an ADULT passed away. She was our little GIRl, (The Unlickable) Molly Brown, so named because, why else, she licked a lot, even at the air. She fit right into our family from day one, & made us, strangely, MORE complete. The second time wE USED WCPM WAS WHEN our beloved standard Dachshund we rescued as a PUPPY passed away. He was, & always will.be, our little boy, Charlie BOOGERBUTT Patterson-Ratliff. We were fortunate to have him as part of our family & be able to teach him so much & watch him grow into a sweet, smart, funny & perfect adult (but forever our little boy). He was sort of a prankster too, often tricking us out of, & taking our SEATS in the living room. FINALLY & just recently, WE USED WCPM WHEN we lost our kind-hearted standard Dachshund we rescued as a senior, Dexter. He gave us happiness & comfort, filling the gaps left by our previous losses. After all three loses, we chose WCPM for cremation services. In each instance, All of our babies were, as were we, in great hands with the staff at WCPM! They were kind, caring, compassionate & professional; from the driver who picked our babies up, to the office personnel & even the young man who performs the cremations. As I first said, our family has used their services three times & have always been comforted knowing we can depend on WCPM. They have never failed our expectations or their promises & have made our losses so much easier. In the future, We WON'T hesitate to ask WCPM for their expertise again & we recommend them HIGHLY to everyone!
