Oso’s lost paw print.
I am beyond devastated and extremely disappointed and angry with the service from west coast memorial in Temecula. The hardest thing to do is to have your pet put down and you want anything physical to remember them by other than just a memory. I counted my baby's paw print to put in his shadow box. And because of their carelessness and disregard for attention to detail they did not take his paw print and now I have nothing but an empty shadow box. No amount of apologies and sympathy is going to forgive this negligence.
Do better WESTCOAST.

West coast was amazing taking care of our girl Zoey. Things went so smooth and we didnt have to worry about anything. i highly recommend them for your animal. she is home with us now in the comfort of her home now and forever.

He was a good boy
A constant support through some tough times, Bodie was my soft place to fall. A beautiful chocolate lab with understanding eyes. He was with us for 12 1/2 short years.

Our family lost our beloved cat fluffy in march we used west coast and were very satisfied with the services. in june we lost our cat biggness and again used west coast this time we were offer engraving services as we called to complete the order, previously we used the online order. we recieved biggness and the urn looked so beautiful with his name on it. we wondered if we could get fluffy urn engraved and called and spoke with Andrea who was so nice we will be recieving a new urn with his name for a very small fee. I cannot recomend this company more! thank you west coast :-)

Our beloved Gino died on February 4, 2025 and was cremated on February 12. His ashes were placed in a beautiful cedar box with his name engraved on the top. it was neatly placed inside a blue velvet pouch. a paw print and a special memorial certificate accompanied the box, all of which was presented in a tasteful blue bag. your services are exceptional. the tasteful and dignified way in which you took care of our boy's ashes has helped to ease our pain. we always wanted only the best for gino. he got the best, even in death, sincere thanks to west coast pet memorial.
Great compassionate care
Sadly my dog Elly passed on 11-14-24 she was 9 years old boxer, thankfully this place took great compassion and the urn ⚱️ was beautiful along with her paw print. I recommend this place for your pet needs.
Grateful and compassinate
I lost my dog Cortez on June 29th, 2024. I was having an extremely difficult time with his passing. I took my dog to my VETERINARIAN with the wish of him to be cremated. After about a week i RECEIVED his ashes. The presentation and compassion from my Veterinarian and Cal Pet was outstanding. Thank you for your commitment to this service and the care i received when i really needed it.
